Having spent most of my life overweight and unhealthy I struggled to find a way to balance my health and fitness. It was only when I took a holistic approach to my health that I achieved success. Boxing for fitness along with healthy eating was the key to me losing 56 kilos.
I now enjoy a healthy life style and helping others realise the many benefits of being active.
I believe exercise and being active should be functional, practical and most of all fun.
If you don’t enjoy something then how can you see yourself continuing to do it? If you enjoy your work out and the benefits it brings then you can expect great results. With Active Boxing and Personal Training I aim to show people a form of exercise that is fun, motivating and empowering.
